We’ve all experienced how draining it can be to sit on zoom all day. Turns out there’s actually a name for the unexplained exhaustion: zoom fatigue. Luckily, there are some extremely simple tips to help! 

 

Mess around with your child’s computer settings. Try increasing the computer font size and make the mouse pointer larger as well. It might take some exploring in the settings, but it’s worth it! This will make it easier for kids to see what they’re doing on a computer screen, and surprisingly keep them more engaged.
